Marinated lambs liver OR mushroom kebabs (vegan) - succulent morsels, coated in mint and tarragon marinade, barbecued to perfection
Mast-o-khiar - strained yogurt with cucumber, dill and garlic (vegan available on request)

Abgoosht - slow-cooked lamb OR sweet potato stew (vegan), with cinnamon and lime, served two ways with fresh naan
Salad shirazi - Iran's most popular salad of fresh, diced cucumber, tomato, red onion and mint, dressed simply with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil

- locally sourced lake trout, stuffed with almonds, lemon and barberries, baked and presented whole.

Faloodeh - rosewater sorbet with vermicelli noodles and fresh lemon cordial

In between making performance and live art, Sara Zaltash gets her thrills by cooking enormous Persian banquets for all her friends, even the ones she has yet to meet. Pop-Up Persia is just a good old fashioned chow-down. Delicious food, a vintage Iranian pop soundtrack and photography and film exhibitions to share contemporary Persian culture with all her guests. Come, feast, be pleased.
